Co-director of Champions Gym, Whitney practices Muay Thai & Boxing as well as Strength & Conditioning and instructs the Ladies Kick Fitness, Boxing 4 Fitness & Fit Body Boot Camps. Whitney has also competed in running/athletics as well as competitive womens Muay Thai competition and knows what it takes to get the body in tip top condition through positive attitudes, mental strength, balanced training and specific diet. Whitney is passionate about assisting clients with reaching their goals as well as developing workouts that are targeted at bettering the female figure; improving core strength, fitness, flexibility and balance.

Whitney’s knowledge and experience in the combat arts combined with effective strength & conditioning exercises make for a unique and hard hitting experience!
