Classes

We offer programs for complete beginners (who have never done any type of exercise at all) to advanced competitors (who want to raise the level of their game). All age groups, genders, skill levels, and fitness levels are welcome. Champions Gym has the highest standards of excellence and you can expect the highest quality instruction available anywhere in the world. Each course at Champions Gym has been carefully developed in order to maximize your learning in the least amount of time.

BOXING 4 FITNESS

 

Boxing 4 Fitness is an exciting way to start your day designed to boost your metabolism, fire up your heart rate and get you buzzing for your busy day! Boxing 4 Fitness combines Strength & Conditioning with Boxing skills and drills that will not only develop sharper reflexes and help you lose those extra kilos;

BEGINNERS MUAY THAI

 

Muay Thai utilises all eight limbs of the body including both fists, shins, knees, elbows and stand-up grappling techniques.

What makes Muay Thai so popular and respected is its effectiveness in real situations, be it for competition, fitness or self-defence. It relies on simple and efficient movement to generate maximum power and efficacy. Our classes will teach you the skills, movement and explosive technique associated with Muay Thai all while improving your physical fitness, stamina and mental discipline.

BOXING

 

Challenge yourself with one of the most classic forms of human combat. Boxing uses the punches as primary weapons combined with footwork and head movement to evade attack. Boxing is regarded as one of the most important tools to have as it incorporates hand to eye co-ordination, reaction time, speed, strength and endurance all as one.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

 

Strength & Conditioning or “S&C” is a great way to your overall physique and focuses on exercises to improve your physical performance. Exercises include plyometrics, speed, agility, endurance and core stability combined with strength training and team challenges.

PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Our Personal (Private) training sessions are designed to provide clients with quality training that is targeted at building strength, fitness, skills and stamina while reducing body fat percentage and stress in a minimal time period.

OPEN GYM

 

Open gym is a fantastic time to brush up on your skills, revise, practise with a partner or simply just do your own thing!

The gym is open with equipment and floor space available for members to use at their own leisure. Open gym for non-members is charged at a casual rate.

BULLYPROOF ™ KIDS

 

“BULLY PROOF™” is our kids program designed for children aged 5 to 11. Children this age are in a unique growth period of their life. We recognise their physical, emotional, social and intellectual skills and train them in a fun, encouraging manner that rewards and motivates.
