Our Personal (Private) training sessions are designed to provide clients with quality training that is targeted at building strength, fitness, skills and stamina while reducing body fat percentage and stress in a minimal time period.

Every personal training program is customized to address your unique fitness profile, enabling you to increase your fitness level as defined in partnership with your trainer. You’ll not only feel more powerful, you’ll be empowered to do more – and be more. Private group/Corporate training sessions are also available.

Personal Training is available for General Fitness, Boxing 4 Fitness, Ladies Kick Fitness, Boxing, Muay Thai & Mixed Martial Arts.
